The CHM does not render in SumatraPDF viewer

description

Sumatra is a PDF viewer that also renders many other formats including CHM. There is a bug in Sumatra that causes it to not render any of the TOC besides Overview in your CHM. I have filed it here http://code.google.com/p/sumatrapdf/issues/detail?id=1808

Its Sumatra's fault, not yours. but I mention it here if you have any insight or wish to provide a workaround.

Only workaround I can suggest is to either use a different CHM viewer, or download KBCsv and build the documentation for another target (eg. HTML). The latter will require you to have the appropriate documentation tools installed (Sandcastle, Sandcastle Help File Builder) and for you to open up the help project and modify it to target whatever format you require.
